Since 1927 the great-grandfather of the family, also known as Pinxo de la Sardana, inaugurated the ovens of our kitchen, Hotel Pinxo has always been a reference of the traditional Catalan cuisine. Today we continue offering a menu of home cooking, with the most painstaking traditional style, together with an wide selection of wines and cavas from our land. Among our specialties we can highlight the onion soup, the dorado of noodles with cod, rice caldoso, mousse of piquillo peppers, pig's trotters with salsifies, the beef stew, or the veal a la carbonara.
